EXCHANGE & RETURNS & REFUNDS

If your Mithio purchase does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you may return the unused product(s) with all labels attached and in the original Mithio carton parcel within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Returns and exchanges do not qualify for free returns or free re-deliveries, these will be paid by the customer.
Product replacement or refund, do the following:
Fill out the return application on the invoice added to get the return or exchange of the product included. You can also send e-mail to the address: info@mithio.com
Exchanges will be re-shipped within 3-4 business days after we have received your return.
Product conversion is possible.
In case we cannot find you a replacement product, we will return the amount of the garment, not the postal service cost, to your account according to the payment method used.

Return or exchange of the product.
Return or exchange product must not be damaged.
Return or exchange product cannot have signs of use. While trying sweater on, please be careful, because we cannot exchange products that have been damaged or style/price hangtags have been removed. If the goods have obvious signs of multiple usage , an expert can be used to determine the sweater condition. If it is not acceptable, the goods will be returned to the customer.
A refundable or exchangeable product must be in the original packaging and with price tags.
Open the original package always with caution, so the goods or package would not be damaged.
After we have correctly received your goods, we will refund the amount of the returned goods to the payment method used to place your original order as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calender days.
Please note that Mithio may charge reconditioning costs, should you return a damaged product.
